Mixed Martial Arts: This class will teach you fundamental skills that blend Wrestling, Thai Boxing and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu all together. The focus is on transitioning between the three basic skill sets so the student can be well rounded. Students will become confident being in positions both on the feet and the ground and enhance their own fitness.

Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu: Brazilain Jiu-Jisu is a martial art that was developed so that a smaller person can defend and overcome a larger opponent while on the ground. The focus is on basic positions, escapes, sweeps, leg locks, chokes and arm locks. There are two basic styles of Brazilian Jiu-Jitus, Gi, where the traditional uniform, with jacket and pants, is worn, and No-Gi, where just shorts and a shirt are worn.  Both styles are a great way to get fit while having fun.

Kids Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu: Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu for kids, ages 6 to 13, focuses on body awareness, physical fitness, discipline and goal setting.  Your child will safely learn Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu with our youth coaches.  Your child will have fun obtaining skills that they will carry with them throughout their entire life.

Thai Boxing: Thai Boxing is primarily a striking art that teaches the student to develop powerful knee strikes, elbow strikes, punches and kicks. Thai Boxing also teaches very effective techniques within the clutch.  As with our other classes, Thai Boxing is excellent for self-defense and getting fit.

Strength and Conditioning: Our Strength and Conditioning classes will help the student develop functional movement patters, increase speed and explosiveness, increase functional strength, balance and stability, increase stamina and reduce the risk of a potential injury.  Over time, students experience weight loss, an increase in flexibility and an overall higher level of fitness taught be great fitness trainer.

Women's Boxing:   Women's boxing class focuses technique for self-defense, core strength and fitness.
